Dear Ones:

    Just a few lines to thank you for your prayers and get well wishes and also for your most generous birthday gift. Why so much.

    I am commencing to feel a lot stronger now so I hope I will soon be able to get back to doing my own work which up until now Ruth has been doing. Every Sunday night she comes over and gets our wash and brings it back all ironed but starting next Monday I hope to be able to do it myself.

    I was amazed at how well Larry + dad got along while I was in the hospital. Larry can sure cook T.V. dinners to perfection and even broil hamburgers and warm frozen french fried potatoes. He still gets his breakfast every morning he either has frozen waffles which he bakes in the toaster or else he has alphabits.

    Well darlings I hope you are all well and now that Spring is here I hope you all stay that way. Thank my grandchildren for their nice little letters
