I was sent a detailed Warmath genealogy in 1998 by Connie Lane, descendent of the Chesterfield Warmath line. She sent it with the note, "The Rosamon info came from Barbara Morgan and the Warmath info from John Warmath (except my branch)." The information that follows comes from her tree, though I will try to back it up by looking up and adding any official records I can find. Anything in italics in the first section was not in Connie Lane's original tree.

Nashville Christian Advocate Reported Deaths: "Jesse Warmath, aged 17 years, was buried Sept. 4, 1885 at Antioch... son of R. H. and A. S. Warmath, born Aug. 19, 1869; died Sep. 4, 1885. A little time on earth he spent till God for him his angel sent and then he gently closed his eyes to take him to glory in the skies." Cause of death: Scrofula.

1900 census, Madison County District 16 (his brother Benjamin is in the same district):

Robert Warmath, age 52, born May 1848, married 5 years (so this is a new wife).

Wife Emma, age 44, born July 1855 in TN, father from VA, mother NC, mother of 0 (definitely a new wife).

Daughter Mattie, 24, born Oct. 1875.

Son Jimmie P, age 21, born Oct. 1878.

Daughter Ada A, age 18, born April 1882.

R.H. Warmath 5-5-1848 to 4-2-1906 (note that Connie Lane's tree said 1846 and 4-20--not sure whether she was in error or the transcriber of the tombstone was in error)
