The information that he sent along (spouses, children's names) was not part of any other Warmath genealogy I had seen, and so is much appreciated. Floyd L. Warmath, age 26 of 215 (illegible) Martin, TN, Weakley Co. Born Nov. 30, 1890. Clerk in store--Kingsport Drug co in Kingsport TN. Lists his mother as dependent kin on line #9 (though registrar has written at end of card "#9 doubtful"). Single. Reason for examption: "physical disability." Tall, slender, gray eyes, light brown hair.
