BIG HEADS UP: unsourced internet family trees list Louisa Letsinger Dunlap's children as Virginia (1860), Mary (1861), Louella (1862), Victoria (1865) and James (1868). These are in fact the children of James/George Dunlap and Nancy Louisa Lundy, which becomes clear if one looks at the census 1860-1880. Looking only at 1870, it looks like the right family, but going back to 1860 shows them living in her father's household, or to 1880 shows her father living with them.

As for Louisa Letsinger (Dunlap?)--I have found no paper trail for her as yet.
