12-4-1849 Dyer County Court Minutes: Ordered by the court that Lee Williams, Risdom Robertson, and Willis Hall be appointed a Jury of view to review and mark out an alteration to the Jackson road near Lewis Warren's and that they first being duly sworn report to the next Term of the Court.

 

3-6-1850 Dyer County Court Minutes: Ordered by the court that Asa Griffin, Geo. Warren, James Leggett, Thompson Strayhorn, & Risdom Robertson be appointed a jury of view to review and mark out an alteration in the Jackson Road near Green Warren's. (same session) Ordered that David Klutts be appointed overseer of the Jackson Road from John Payne's to John G. Warren's instead of Carol Cunningham removed...

Note: the Green Warren here referred to above may be John G. Warren, if his middle name is Green as some say.

 

4-2-1850 Dyer County Court Minutes: This day Asa Griffin and others heretofore appointed Jury of View make their report to wit--beginning at Poplar and Water Oak at the corner of Wm. Warren's fence...to Lewis Warren's...to John G. Warren's... (Next in the minutes) Ordered by the court that Clem N. Curtis be appointed overseer of that part of the Jackson Road commencing at John Warren's and work to the county line and that he have the same hands to work on said Road under his direction that worked on said Road under William W. Biggs resigned...
